The Supreme Court has failed for the second time in favor of legality Ordinance Pedestrian and Bicycle Circulation approved by the City of Sevilla in September 2007, a standard against which turned over 13 neighborhood associations, businesses and individuals. The ruling was issued last Monday 14 March at the interests of the Town Council in Seville.
