On Thursday, September 17, held the opening session of this first period in the Federal District Legislative Assembly. On Tuesday we took protest new members, but really began our work on Thursday, to hear the message of the Head of Government at its third and, earlier, the positions of the different parliamentary groups. Early
when members PAN-the youngest of the Assembly, had just entered the premises, we learned that the bank had established PRD with 34 deputies, ie, 4 more than those who won at the polls. Members had been annexed of late PSD (the same as saying it was a modern left, purposeful, from the discourse PRD ... see what great contradiction!), Convergence, New Covenant, and PT. The question we all ask ourselves was: what will be offered? It is truly a shame that there are defectors Members sold to the highest bidder, who do not respect the colors of the party that led them to that position, which means also an insult to the voters who voted for a party and not another. And even more dramatic is that there are parties seeking to co-opt members of other blocs, without any decency or dignity.
Of the positions of different parties, the only thing that really stood out for its clarity and elegance, high quality real piece of parliament, was the PAN coordinator through the mouth of the Mariana Gomez del Campo. I mean that development of positioning was a common task for all the parliamentary group and the same were revealed many omissions in this city government on important issues such as water, public security or unemployment. It criticized the head of government intervention in the supposedly independent electoral bodies or in the process succession in the Human Rights Commission. He claimed his contradictory transport policy, the many potholes in the city or ineffective social policy. We talked about what the legislative agenda that will defend the National Action over the next three years.
Then came the moment the message at a ceremony Marcelo Ebrard made his own way. It is to be noted that two days before the PRD had majoritarian in the Committee on Government to change the format of the report and not take questions and answers, as had happened in the past 15 years in the Federal District. That is the democracy it preaches the left of this country. Ebrard was pressed a ceremony filled with drainers and hauled in the only truly independent were the PAN.
For nearly an hour, Ebrard was spent criticizing the federal government and blaming his failure in front of the Federal District government.
