Four associations of disabled people reported yesterday that people with disabilities have not received Alava individual grants, the council agreed to grant this area to offset the expenses they have to improve their accessibility. The institution has stated Alava, meanwhile, already has begun the process for payment of the aid, which will start to become effective from next week.
Eginaren Clusters Eginez physically handicapped, deaf Aspasor, Aspace of cerebral palsy, and Itxaropena, which represents people with low vision, issued a statement set where recall that in the Official Gazette of Álava of April 30 were already made such outright grants for 2010.
