Mexico City is very unfriendly in their streets. Out to them and to exercise the right to free movement means, in many cases, having to deal with irresponsible motorists, pedestrians with little educated, poor road infrastructure and authorities complacent if not complicit. There is anarchy everywhere, drivers who do not respect the traffic lights or the steps identified to pedestrians, pedestrians prefer to cross to gain time into the street risking their lives, police are only looking for ways to extort applying very in its way, the rules of the road; stops and unmarked potholes that cause accidents.
therefore urgent to create a new culture of mobility and transportation in this city. A culture that harmonizes the coexistence and the rights and responsibilities of motorists and pedestrians, and that really changed for good habits and customs of the capital.
To this end, members of the National Action Party in the Federal District Legislative Assembly introduced a bill on sustainable transport and mobility.
