develop a communication system for deaf or hearing impaired

Telefónica I + D de Granada has developed a tele project for the deaf or hard of hearing to allow communication between users of sign language operators of essential public services such as health or emergency and initially serving 100 Granada, although it plans implemented in the near future in Andalusia.
